Submission Guide for Models & Photographers
We curate Fashion, Beauty, and Art Nude that feels honest, minimal, and emotionally resonant. Think quiet intensity, light as language, and bodies portrayed with dignity and agency.
- Genres: Portrait, Editorial Fashion, Beauty, Fine Art Nude (18+ only)
- Mood: Poetic, restrained, cinematic — less spectacle, more feeling
- Styling: Minimal direction that serves the story; timeless over trendy
- Story: A cohesive visual arc (series preferred: 6–12 images)
- Credit: Full creative team credits encouraged
We value craft, consent, and collaboration above everything.
We publish only consenting adults (18+). Every submission must uphold dignity, safety, and legality.
- Consent & Agency: All participants must give informed, written consent. Respect boundaries at every stage.
- No Minors, Ever: We do not accept depictions of minors or anyone who cannot legally consent.
- Tasteful Nudity: Artistic nudity is welcome; explicit sexual acts, fetish violence, or degrading content are prohibited.
- Safety on Set: Provide private changing, clear communication, and professional conduct.
- Authenticity: Retouch with care — preserve skin texture and humanity.
Submissions that violate these standards are rejected without review.
- Selection: 6–12 images per story; sequence matters.
- Resolution: 3000–5000 px on the long edge (72–300 ppi acceptable).
- Color: sRGB preferred; B&W welcome.
- Format: JPG (quality 10+); provide 1 ZIP for the full story.
- Filenames: 01_Title_Lastname.jpg (use two-digit order).
- Captions/Credits: Include a plain-text file with team credits.
- Watermarks: Do not include watermarks or borders.
- Model Releases: Required for all identifiable subjects; include legal name, stage name (if any), and contact.
- Photographer Release: Confirms you own or control rights to submit and license.
- Age Verification: Attach a clear photo of a valid government ID for every model (18+ only). Do not obscure dates.
- Storage: Keep original signed documents; provide copies with submission ZIP.
- Multiple Models: Provide releases and IDs for each person.
Upload your release PDFs/JPGs within the submission form where prompted.
By submitting, you confirm you have rights to the work and that all consents are in place. We offer:
- Non‑Exclusive Editorial: You grant us the right to publish in magazine, website, and social teasers with credit; you retain ownership.
- Exclusive (Timed) Editorial: Optional; 30–90 days exclusivity from publication date.
- Usage: Editorial and promotional use for our channels only; commercial licensing requires a separate agreement.
- Credit: We credit photographer, model(s), and key team members.
- Takedowns: For serious concerns (e.g., consent), contact us — we act swiftly per policy.
- Acknowledgement: Instant email confirmation after upload.
- Editorial Review: 7–14 days typical; complex sets may take longer.
- Decision: Accept, Revise, or Decline with brief notes.
- Scheduling: Accepted sets are queued; we notify expected issue/date.
- Proofing: You receive a low‑res proof for credit checks before publish.
Our current model is editorial exposure with contributor credit across channels. For select commissions and cover features, we offer honoraria or revenue‑share — negotiated individually. Contributors receive:
- Guaranteed credit in print and digital
- Feature on web and eligible social teasers
- Early layout proof for credit verification
- Member discount for shop items (if applicable)
We are expanding paid opportunities as the magazine grows.

Do you accept solo model self‑portraits?
Absolutely — ensure the same releases/ID and clear concept.
What if my set includes partial nudity?
Welcome, as long as it is respectful and non‑explicit.
How many sets can I submit?
Up to two active submissions per contributor at a time.
Can I withdraw a submission?
Yes, before publication; email us with the submission ID.
